Personalities
We are all designed with a special set of strengths and weaknesses, quirks, learning styles, likes and dislikes, and so much more. We are each uniquely different but in some ways are very much the same. This section of learning is going to talk about the main ways we are each alike. How you can spot certain personality traits in others in order to make for better conversations and interactions. If you can learn to recognize your own strengths and weaknesses, you can learn to spot them in others and know how to compensate for them. We were designed to work together. If we are like magnets opposing each other rather than attracting each other, things can get in the way and nothing gets accomplished.

Personality Plus
This book changed the way I looked at other people.
Have you ever watched someone and wondered why they just sit there when there's something that needs to get done?
Have you ever wondered why that person just got in your face about something when you just walked in the room?
Have you ever hoped and prayed that the person sitting next to you would just stop talking?
Have you ever wondered why someone got all bent out of shape because you borrowed something?
This book taught me that everyone has a different way of thinking and acting. That people are not out to irritate you or make your life challenging. (Not all people at least; there's always that one.)
My goal here is to teach you the 4 basic quadrants that personalities can be grouped into and how to recognize them. This way, you can adjust the way you talk to people so as not to offend them. Also, if someone offends you, there's some background as to why they are the way they are.
Let's head out on our journey.
Each personality type is shown below with a list of strengths and a list of how to overcome the weaknesses. Then there's a fun little blurb that I created from watching the personalities taught by Mark Gungor (link on Bibliography page).
